Biography of Aaron-Ben-Chaim (s. XVI)

Famous rabbi born in Fez in the middle of the 16th century, who was head of the synagogues of Fez and Morocco. To care personally for the printing of his works, he/she took a trip to Venice in 1609, where he/she died shortly afterwards. Among his most important works, it is worth highlighting the heart of Aaron, with commentary on the books of Joshua and judges; The offering of Aaron, or observations about the book of Siphra, which is an ancient commentary on Leviticus; The ways of Aaron, or Treaty of thirteen ways to explain the law.
