Biography of Abaza (1617-?)

Raja of Bosnia, born in 1617. Irritated against Mustafa, rebelled under the pretext of avenging the death of the sultan Osman and gave a knife to a large number of janissaries. The multi and the Commander of the janissaries took advantage of this rebellion, deposing Mustafa and placed Amirates IV on the throne. Shortly afterwards, the sultan was reconciled with Abaza and sent him in 1634 at the head of an army of 60,000 men against the poles. Abaza was then sent against the Persians and died shortly after in the vicinity of Van.
