Biography of Abd-Er-Rahman-Ben-Hossain (¿-1820)

Modern Arab historian, born in Cairo in the middle of the 18th century, and died in Constantinople in 1820. At the time of the French expedition to Egypt, he/she enjoyed great reputation of wise, and during the administration of Kleber was part of the divan of Cairo. After the evacuation of the French, wrote a story whose title was: announcement of victory that has delivered to the Egypt.
