Biography of Abd-Er-Rahman-Ben-Hossain (¿-1820)

Modern Arab historian, born in Cairo in the middle of the 18th century, and died in Constantinople in 1820. At the time of the French expedition to Egypt, he enjoyed great reputation of wise, and during the administration of Kleber was part of the divan of Cairo. After the evacuation of the French, wrote a story whose title was: announcement of victory that has delivered to the Egypt.
