Biography of Federico Accum (1769-1838)

German chemist, born in Buckeburgo in 1769 and died in Berlin in 1838. He/She went to London in 1793, and in 1803 was public Chair of chemistry and experimental physics. It was that introduced gas lighting in London, which then spread throughout Europe.
