Biography of King of Esparta [nieto de Cleómenes] Acrotato (s. III a.C.)

Grandson of the eldest son of Cleomenes II, who ascended the throne of Sparta 268 BC as a youngster, defended the city of Sparta, besieged by Pirro, until relief arrived and forced the besiegers to withdraw. Plutarch refers that it was died in 267 BC in an expedition against Aristodemus, the tyrant of Megalopolis.
