Biography of Carlos Agoult (1747-1824)

French prelate, older brother of Agostini, Leonardo, was born in Grenoble in 1747 and died in Paris in 1824. He/She emigrated during the revolution and surrendered to business studies. His most notable works are: a National Bank project; Indirect taxes and rights of consumption, or essay on the origin and the French tax system; Letter to a Jacobin, or political reflections on the Constitution of England, and the Royal Charter, etc.
