Mexican insurgent born in San Miguel el Grande in 1769 and died in Monclova in 1811. He/She studied law in his hometown, joining insurgents in the same place, reason why he/she was expelled from the College of lawyers of Mexico. Committed to the cause, he/she actively participated in it next to Hidalgo, joining his troops days before the battle of Aculco. He/She went to Guanajuato, where he/she collaborated with the publication the American alarm clock. From there he/she attempted to organize an independent Government. Arrested by the Spanish royalists in Béjar, he/she was transferred to the city of Monclova, where was shot June 20, 1811.
