Dramatist, Narrator, and Spanish essayist, born in Barcelona in 1905 and died in his hometown in 1974. He/She signed some of his literary works under the pseudonym of "Cecilia to Mantua.".
Encouraged by a vivid humanistic vocation, soon it stood out as one of the towering figures of this bourgeois theatre movement that, in the Decade of the 1930s, worked tirelessly for the development and dissemination of the drama written and performed in the Catalan language. The work of these authors, among which was Cecilia Alonso i Bozzo, became known primarily through dramatic some Catalan radio stations, among which it is obliged to remind Radio Barcelona, which even had a fixed, within its weekly programming space, called "Radio Theatre".

The literary work of the Barcelona, interrupted author because of the Civil War, resumed in 1941 with a text, written in collaboration with Amanda Estefanía Alonso, was the libretto of an operetta entitled the parade of love, work of which only knows that it came up to the stage in 1941. The following year, in the company of the aforesaid Amanda Estefanía and the catalan writer Josep Mª Torres, Cecilia Alonso i Bozzo wrote the libretto for a fantastic operetta, entitled the Princess snow white, which was released in 1942. And a year later returned to the stage with Carmela Castillo or Suor Angelica, a work composed of three acts and written in collaboration with Francisco Gallardo and Sebastián Albalat.

But extensive dramatic production of Cecilia Alonso i Bozzo is composed of many parts that just they have been data about its release or Edition, many of which are considered missing at present.
