Biography of David Alopous (1769-1831)

Russian diplomat, born in 1769 and died in 1831. He/She was Minister of Russia in Sweden and signed the peace of Frederikshamm, which was stripped of part of its provinces Sweden on behalf of Russia. In 1811 he/she was representative of Russia in Stuttgard, and in 1814 and 1815, during the invasion of France, was responsible for the administration of Lorraine, where left Honorable memories. He/She died being Minister of Russia in Berlin.
