Biography of Carlos Alquier (1752-1826)

French diplomat, born in 1752 and died in 1826. It belonged to the first Assembly of the Convention and the Council of the elders. Napoleon sent him to Sweden in 1810 to enforce the continental blockade. I was in Denmark when came the restoration. It was included in the Act of proscription of 1816 and lived in Belgium until 1818, year in which he/she returned to France. In his later years he/she abandoned his business.
