Biography of Dulce Anaya (1933-VVVV)

Dancer, choreographer and Cuban Director, born on December 26, 1933, whose original name is sweet hope Wöhner de Vega in Rancho Boyeros.

He studied dance at the school of Ballet of the society ensembles music of Havana and expanded his training at the School of American Ballet in New York. He/She made his debut with the Ballet Theater in 1947 and later danced with the Ballet Alicia Alonso, the Stuttgart Ballet and the Ballet of the Bayerische Staatsoper in Munich, where the ballets premiered: Ondine (1959) of Alan Carter, and dance (1960) and La Buffonata (1961) Heinz Rosen. Between the years 1963 and 1964 was the Hamburg Ballet Dancer. In 1967 he/she returned to the United States to enter, as a ballerina in the Ballet concert in Florida. In 1970 he/she founded Jacksonville Ballet Theatre, a company that has done some choreography.
