Biography of Gudmundo Andreo (1630-1654)

Irish writer. He/She was born in 1630 and died in 1654. He/She became known for a treatise on polygamy, which earned him to be imprisoned and driven to Copenhagen; There he/she was tried and acquitted, and King Cristian IV was responsible for their education. His excessive fondness to letters and the work caused a premature death. His main works are: ancient Philosophia Norvego-Danica; and Lexicon Irlandium.
