Biography of Comneno Andrónico I (1110-1185)

Greek Emperor of Constantinople, grandson of Alejo I; He/She was born in 1110 and died in 1185. He/She was proclaimed emperor in union with Alejo II, who made murder a few days. He/She committed all sorts of atrocities, who finally came to produce the rebellion of his subjects, which, aided by Guillermo, King of Sicily, proclaimed emperor Isaac the Ángel, and led him to Andronicus loaded with chains; Isaac was delivered to the populace, which caused him to suffer all manner of torments, until he/she gave death hung by the feet of a gallows for many days.
