Biography of King of Sidón Baana (ca. 400 a.C.)

(B n or Baanah) Phoenician King of Sidon, known by a Phoenician inscription of Bustan esh-Sheikh and different currencies. It was the King's son Abdemon and father of Baalshillem II. It has been attributed the magnificent Lycian sarcophagus found in the necropolis of Sidon, today preserved at the Archaeological Museum of Istanbul. His name is a double hipocorístico from Baalnatan.
