Biography of Walerian Borowczyz (1923-2006)

Polish-French film director. Born in Kwilcz in 1923 and died in Paris, France on 3 February 2006, he/she studied painting at Krakow, and was devoted to lithography. From there he/she went to drawing, and made several animated shorts. Later, he/she joined the animated feature films, which always showed a strange taste for the morbid. Your tastes and the theme of his films are drifting slowly, and he/she opts, in his feature films rather than animation, for a supposedly beautician eroticism that conceals not your taste by the rugged and the perverse. His most representative films are immoral Tales (1973); The beast (1975); (e) a convent (1978).
