Biography of Elpidio (siglos V-VI)

Deacon of the Church of Lyon (France), Latin poet and physician of Theodoric, King of the Ostrogoths. He lived at the end of the 5th century and principles of VI. He left various writings such as: a collection of twenty-four epigrams whose affairs are taken from the Bible and are titled: Eva to pellet seducta; Joseph a fratibus venditur; Lazarus to morte revocatur, etc.; a song of Thanksgiving with the title of Jesu Christi Beneficiis.
