Biography of Gabriel Merino y Pichilo (1862-1903)

Writer and Spanish natural journalist of Madrid. He was an active collaborator in the periodical press, with customs and news articles. Wrote comedies of bourgeois kind sister of charity (1901) and electrotherapy (1901). He was highly sought after as librettist of the zarzuela, with works such as colonial fruits (1885) and the wife of the Lord (1895).
