Biography of Khukwuemeka Odomegwu. Ojuwku (1933-VVVV)

Military and Nigerian politician. He studied in England and graduated from Oxford in modern history. In 1956 he was civil servant in Nigeria, he joined the army in 1957 and 1963 amounted to Lieutenant-Colonel. In 1966 he was named military Governor of the eastern region. In May 1967 he directed the unsuccessful secessionist revolution of the Eastern Region of Nigeria, who took the name of Republic of Biafra.
