Puerto Rican composer, born in Ponce in 1863 and died in 1928, family of musicians. It was formed in the Orchestra of Juan Morel Campos, which made first clarinet. Paseo de Ovalle dances is arrhythmic and his Orchestra used the güiro as the only percussion instrument. He is the author of "Angelina", "Teresa", "Rain of pearls", "Odalisque" and "La Graciosita".
