Biography of Sin-shumu-lishir o Sin-shar-lishir (626 a.C.)

(XXX-MU-GISH) Assyrian General who took power during some months of the year 625 BC, after moving the King Assur-ethyl-pi'ilani. Also, the Babylonian cities, left without King after the death of the Assyrian Governor Kandalanu, recognized without-shumu-lishir as monarch. Even the real list of Uruk arrived it to include as King of the Babylonian Empire, assigning it a year of reign. Such character is gone, the Assyrian throne became free-shar-ishkun.
